Francisco José Mora Más, Vice Rector for Planning and Innovation
MS. of Telecommunication Engineering at Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña and PhD in Electronic Engineering at Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. In 2002 he was appointed as Chair Professor of the Electronic Engineering Department. His research interests are data acquisition system design in particle physics, multiprocessor systems and interfacing.
Director of Internationals Programs (1999-2000), Vice-Rector of Academic Exchange (2000-2002), Vice-Rector of the Technical City of Innovation (2002-2005) and Vice-Rector of Financial Planning and Co-ordination (2005-2009)
At present, Dr. Mora is Vice-Rector of Planning and Innovation and Director of the “Foundation Valencia Region Technical City of Innovation”. This foundation is in charge of the management of the UPV Science Park (named “Ciudad Politécnica de la Innovación”). Since 2006, he is vice president and treasurer of the Spanish association of science and technology parks
